about the preemie baby book
‘A Journey to Home’ is a comprehensive Preemie Baby Book and NICU Journal. Over three years in the making, this journal will be a companion during the NICU stay, and a book of memories in the future. It is a book of expectations, setting parents up for a true understanding of what is to come. It builds resources while celebrating the joys of their baby’s life.
We offer this fill-in neonatal diary in two sizes. 72 pages or 104 pages. Our pink and blue editions are offered in 72 page format only, and the 104 page book is offered only with a green cover.

The contents of all three book are exactly the same, although the green 104 book has a Medical Reporting section. In this section our green book includes, weekly doctor reports, daily care records, lactation records, feeding records and weekly records.
